i was SOO excited to watch this movie finally, and i really was not disappointed. i LOVED it and i'm really looking forward to watching the next one!!!

One of my favourite films as a kid. However I think I love the sequel more. Cobra Kai was a real unmitigated surprise, that should have been a total failure. These kinds of projects don't typically work without a masterful strategy. Straddling that epic divide of nostalgia on the one side and something for new audiences on the other. With the ability to tell a story from multiple perspectives that you never knew you wanted, from this already told franchise, and filling that chasm that most 'rebooted' projects vanish into.
