Remember the time when I told you about me getting a couple of card decks with affirmations? I know, I know, it's been a while so I wouldn't blame you if you didn't 🙈 Sooo I decided to finally bring them back, and try pulling a random card every month for us to gain some wisdom together 🙌

This time I felt really inspired and ended up recording a whole guided meditation for you 💚🍃 If you're feeling skeptical about this audio format, that's alright (also welcome to the club haha), but I encourage you to give it a chance and try it at least once, and see if maybe you feel good listening to it and following my lead 😌 I tried to make it less "preachy" and more personal, intimate even, so please let me know what you think about it!
