Prison workprogress and Preview (Patreon)

The prison asset merge came together nicely. There are going to be 2 levels when it releases, an Office area and a Cell area, which is located below the office. Youll be able to teleport between the levels. Ive fully filled in base lighting as well as NPC's (Several guards and several inmates) and the environment resulted in around 150fps with hair-sim and soft body physics enabled. For comparison, my Beach has around 130fps without hair-sim on my rig.

In the first screenshot, you can see the arrival place with the measuring poster at the wall, that'll be a very interaction heavy place where youre gonna start out. The starting area will have customization sliders, appearance and pose-presets. In combination with the new auto-triggers, that place is gonna be a small Scene on its own. Pick your appearance, pick a base pose and insert manually to make her react to your VR inputs. Additionally there will of course be 50+ pre-set positions, usable and configurable with the new UI, exactly like Exploration mode from the Beach. This time im starting out with much more knowledge compared to when i started the beach, positions are way smoother and precise, there are ambient-prison sounds and PersonRootControl is located in a way that automatically alignes loaded looks, resulting in much smoother positions and animations when you load in smaller or bigger looks for the male or female.

The theme is going to be rougher since youre the Guard "taking care" of the new people arriving, but there will be no brutality at all, not at release and not down the line when it grows to over 100 positions. If you want that stuff youre gonna have to add it on your own, i dont like it.

Creating that scene was tons of fun and release is around the corner. I wont be able to finish it in April though, expect it to be done around early-mid May.

Apart from that, there will be a little Beach update today since i screwed up PostMagic on the last update :X
