Time for a devlog! (Patreon)

Hi friends! I think it's time for a good Ol'devlog!

                                      Almost all Marian scenes are done!

Summary:

Progress continues as expected, in fact, even faster this week! It turns out I only need 5 hours of sleep to achieve peak performance!

If I can keep this pace I will be able to finish patch 0.1.2 this month!

Just to remind, this patch will be a very big one, that's why it will take longer but it will be worth!

Oh, I also finished all the "learning to make cheese" route! Lot's of scenes, not too much grinding too! All in all a very easy way to make money!


About last poll:

Many of you recommended me a variation on Marian's costume. Since the majority has already voted I will make a second poll tomorrow, now against the winner of the last.

Yeah, I know, sorry guys, I will start adding more options from now on... or not, because...


I'm moving!

The game, to unity!

Technically I've been working on it for quite some time now... but this week I had some major breakthroughs!

More specifically I'm having a lot of progress making the building blocks that I will use to move the game, I discovered things that I didn't even know existed but now I can see myself using them for everything.

It's the same as when I discovered how to use object oriented programming, for you guys to have an idea, everything on the current game is either a object or a list... of objects. life changing!

Also this week I did some testing with shaders, 3d models and performance, everything looks good so far.

And that's what I had for this week report!

My current goal is to finish 0.1.2 and then less than a month later finish 0.2.0

After that is done I will release a small "demo" of the unity version, it will be a small game where you will be able to do things with one of the girls, milking, giving her itens, talking, changing her clothes, increasing and decreasing body parts like boobas and butts and a bunch of other systems that will need to be tested to perfection before I definitively switch engines.

Also I need to test for good performance on low end hardware and Android and good graphics for machines that can handle it. It will be a very important demo! 

It will be a long road ahead, but not that long... I'm literally playing the game right now, on my head, 10/10, goty of the year... adult goty of the year for SURE!

I don't really know what the difference between like the system that you're using now and unity is, or what kinds of things you could do with unity that you're not able to do now, but especially if it's just better graphics, then personally I say just stick with what you got and focus on making new content. The graphics are fine as is, what I want more than anything is more content, especially for Isabella and Sophia. Bianca too. If spending time on moving things to Unity slows down the progress of new contents updates, I say why bother? Unless you really can't do what you need to do with what you already have, just focus on content. That's what makes a good game. I've played several games like this, and so far this is easily my new favorite, for the really good animations and great taboo content. That's what got me hooked and what is going to keep me playing, more good content and fluid animations. I say just focus on that. But that's just my opinion. Great game so far, keep up the good work.

In the current system I use pictures of the characters, maps and everything else and while this is easy to make I need to make pictures for everything, in a scene where MC can choose to use a condom or not I would have to render the scene twice. Moving to unity means I can use 3d models instead of pictures, with that you can watch any animation from any angle, with any girl using whatever combination of clothes and body details you want, I can easily add or remove piercings or pubic hair with just a few lines of code. In the end with this I will be able to add more content and faster. With that said, my priority is adding new content for the current game, don't worry about that :D

Yes, you will be able to have 2 babies with Bianca with a lot of small scenes and a big surprise with Sophia too :D
