Time for a devlog! (Patreon)

Hi friends! I think it's time for a good Ol'devlog!

Summary:

Lots of progress this week, wrote a good amount of scenes, didn't make many renders but worked a lot on the pregnancy and it's consequences in game. Right now I'm writing some pregnant Bianca scenes but more on that later.

I'm also working on the Unity version, after finishing the save system last month I'm  now working on a dialog manager system, this is the most difficult one in my opinion since... well, I'll make a post about it later when I have more stuff to show.

Also... more than 300 patrons? Thanks guys! It really makes me very happy! 

That's it, now I will talk how the pregnancy will work on the game, if you want to avoid some mild spoilers just... look the other way? Wall of text warning!

Pregnancy!

Starting this next patch Bianca will be able to get pregnant.

I spent a lot of time thinking about what the implications of a girl getting pregnant in the game would be and how to implement it. In the end I think I found a way that fits the game pretty well.

Getting the girl pregnant:

First step, if you are not using condoms and the girl has a high fertility rate she will become pregnant, this can happen on any vaginal sex scene you have with her, plot events or repeatable scenes.

Caring for your pregnant gf:

For reasons explained on game the gestation period will be short, I'm thinking about 18 days for the kid to be born and another 18 for the kid to grow into "5 to 6 years" size.

For now, I won't be able to do full render variations for all scenes, but I'll try to do at least the most important ones.
However, I will add a special scene where you can see the girl's pregnancy progress with different belly sizes, see her "pregnancy missions" and all that.

During the gestation period every 2 days you will have to take care of a event involving the pregnant girl for order to progress to a new stage, for now just spending time with her or giving her a gift but for patch 0.2 I will add some more cool things to do.

Caring for your kids:

Having a kid means your life expenses are going to increase for a certain amount that you now have to pay every week (with no escape this time!) If you can't pay nothing bad will happens but you will be locked out a sex scenes until you finish paying your weekly expenses.

It may sound harsh but you will have plenty of sources of income and I will keep adding more and more every patch, you will easily be able to maintain at least 10 kids without even trying to do so :D
