I would have NO idea what this was about if I didn't agree to housesit my brother's cat once only to wake up at 3am to Cocoa FREAKING OUT, hahaha. 3am zoomies. She also hunted the socks in my brother's walk in closet and brought them to me as a tribute. I woke up the first morning SURROUNDED by balled up pairs of socks with no idea how they got there. What random household object do you think Al would hunt for Ethan? ... Dildos, never mind, he would wake up surrounded by dildos. I answered my own question.

Whenever I get up in the early am to use the bathroom, my cat demands to sit on my lap, and be pet, before I am allowed to go back to bed. I assume Al demands Al appropriate affection before Ethan is allowed to sleep again.
