If you did not play the 1.5 update, friendly reminder that if you want all journal entries, you must start a new file. In preferences, turn on Skip Unseen Dialogue, then use the skip button in the quick options in game, and stop the skip when you get to the CG of dinner with Aldric. This will give you all previous journal entries, in addition you'll be unlocking more from then on with no need to do this ever again (hopefully).
