marker doodlings 1 (Patreon)

adventures in alcohol markers! this time not emulated digitally :p

i got a couple sets of ohuhu brush markers as a late christmas present so i'm figuring out how i best like to use them! so far i've used them in combination with prismacolor pencils and arteza colored fineliners

there's two types of paper used here too - the peepo which i drew today is on strathmore bristol, vellum (which i think i prefer despite the colors drying less vibrant) and the others from the last few days are in a pad of cheap thin marker paper i was gifted years ago

there are still more experiments to be had! i'm really having fun dabbling in a traditional medium i've been dying to get into

sometime down the road i might do a compilation of scans if i like the way my scanner handles these pieces! for now i'm making do with my ipad camera
