Pedicure Salon (Patreon)

When Nina decided to invite her boyfriend Troy for a pedicure at that new place "The Lucky Rabbit's Foot" for his birthday, little did she know what would happen!

She noticed Troy always avoided having people near his feet, would barely walk barefoot, would always at least wear socks at any time, and seemed to even avoid basic foot hygiene (something Nina noticed, and sometimes even complained about, when he would return from a long and sweaty game, or from the gym...).

Usually a confident male proud of his dominating stature, Troy, oddly enough, seemed already a bit annoyed and embarrassed in their way to the salon, which was owned by a bunch of eccentric lady rabbits. Nina tried reassuring him, explaining it was welcoming place for everybody, no matter their race or gender, and that even males clients frequented it.
"Nothing to be ashamed about going for a pedicure, even if they're rabbits and you're a big dog! And what could be better than a nice and relaxing foot rub and cleaning?" she said, even though it didn't seem to improve her boyfriend's mood and, to be fair, she had never been to a pedicure saloon herself...
Nonetheless, he refused to walk away because "a gift is a gift, I'm doing this for you Nina, plus I'm not the kind of man to run away from a pack of bunnies!"
...
Why would he even say that?

Upon arriving, and the staff starting work on him, many things became obvious about Troy's attitude. Less than fifteen seconds after one of the bunny ladies started scrubbing down his soles, the alpha male persona he constantly wore as a sign of pride crumbled down as a maniacal cackle rose from his mouth, to everybody's surprise in the salon.
Nina had no idea Troy was so ticklish! The bunnies even had to restrain him to his chair to properly work on his feet. Not once did Troy begged for a break or even for them to stop, even if he seemed more than once on the verge of breaking point, because it was a matter of pride: something about him being able to endure and this whole ordeal being a silly thing...So they kept going at it, and even had to take some pauses to allow him to breathe, obviously against his demands as them stopping was even more humiliating than him not being able to take it.

Never had Nina seen her boyfriend breaking into such an hysterical laughter. How could Troy say he wasn't a good singer based on the high pitched notes he was now hitting? It was quite a marvel to hear such noises coming from such a strong and bulky person...

Nina soon reached for her smartphone and started recording the whole scene, almost dying of laughter herself: this video shall be kept for prosperity!

And here is the February exclusive picture and I hope you like it! :) I had never drawn a pedicure scenario, even though it's been in the back of my mind for some time.

Now on a more serious and important note: I tried to go for a slightly more simpler style and workflow compared with other pictures. As a matter of fact, I need to change my approach so I can work faster while doing these, and I'm still experimenting and trying to find the correct formula. This picture didn't hit my objectives in that sense, so I'll have to keep experimenting with techniques and styles.
