Kimberly Graham

It hurt my heart when Elias died. So horribly sad. He was a beautiful young soul.

Tara

I agree with Kimberly. Elias was such an impressive young man. I love how Jamie has terms of endearment names for his loved ones and calls Fergus “Mon fils” which is “my son” in French.

Everytime we see Claire she's always doing something, does she ever take a break. I love how she takes charge of the situation. That one guy said "Lady doctor giving me orders." Elias then tells him that it's the Captains orders and to do as the doctor says, and to pay her every respect. You said "Ohh that's right, that's right, that's right he's got your back." You always make me smile Imon, you're the only one who does. Thank you. You said that you were thankful that the men are taking what Claire is saying to heart. I'm glad she met Elias, he was good to her, he was always quick to help. Claire told him that he was a very impressive young man. It was sad what happened to him, he would have made a great Captain some day. The scene when Claire is talking to Elias, she said that she needed to find a man on the ship named Harry tompkins. You said "And throw him overboard." That made me laugh, she then tells Elias that she has to find him because he might be a second carrier. I loved what you said about Claire "She's so smart, God! This is what experience does man, it gives you wisdom. She's been through it, she knows how to talk, she has all of it. Claire is an angel, she is a gem, she is beauty, she is everything." I liked the scene when Jamie asks Fergus to get the keys to set him free so he can take control of the ship. Fergus warns him against it, Jamie then says he was right to withhold his blessing, that he doesn't know what love is, he said "Because if ye did, ye would move heaven and earth. Ye would risk arrest and death. Even hell. Ye would do it as easily as the prick of a pin. Ye'd set me free from this cell, to help me rescue the woman I love from her kidnappers. Until you risk all, ye cannae speak of love." It's sad because he wants to help Jamie but he knows that if they fail then the woman he loves will be put in danger. Later he tells Jamie that he didn't try to get the keys, he said "If I free you and we don't succeed they'll throw is both into the sea. They will kill us, and marsali will be alone. I will not leave her alone. And I won't send you to your death. I know you won't give us your blessing now, but... You asked me if I would move heaven and earth for the woman I love, and I will... Even if it means I cannot marry her." You said "He's proving himself." I liked at the end when they stop to let the goats eat and Annekje helps Claire, you said "She helped her husband, she's helping now Claire and her husband, I love that." She was so close and then she runs into Captain Leonard, he tells Claire that he can't let her warn her husband. She asks him to just please look the other way but he doesn't. He knows she's a good person and after everything she's done to help him he still has her escorted back to the ship. Lucky though Annekje is there to help her again, she has a raft, she convinces Claire to jump from the ship, she tells Claire that she has to warn her husband. She's about to make the jump and you said "Oh my God. The leap of faith into the dark." I've been a bit late getting to these, the last few weeks have been a lot to say the least. But things are a little better now and I'm happy to be watching these with you. Thank you for always making me smile Imon. You're beautiful, always. <3
