That’s so nice to hear :) I’ve been really loving season 3!

At the start of the video you spoke about soulmates and the woman that had not one but two true loves, that's beautiful, it's like living two lifetimes. There's a line from the movie Oblivion with Tom Cruise where he says "If we have souls, they're made of the love we share, undimmed by time, unbound by death". This was a great episode, but what do you say about the executions. How polite they were in taking another mans life, by the end they were propping up the wounded to kill and shouting "NEXT" like they're in line at the checkout or something. That scene with those guys, the way they looked at Claire, the way they spoke to her, they have no idea who she is, the things she's seen, the amount of pain and heartbreak she's had to endure, she's the strongest person in the room. If only they took the time to listen to what she has to say, she'd surprise them all. That moment between Frank and Claire at the breakfast table, he couldn't even hold her hand, he just wants her in his life. You gotta commend Frank, when Claire is saying she's sorry and for almost taking his head off with that ashtray and he says "None of that matters", he really is willing to put in the work, I love how he doesn't hold on to all that baggage, all that weight. And you're right there's nothing wrong with raising another mans child, it's beautiful. My older brother started dating a single mother of four, they're great kids, he was single with no kids, they were together for about a year and then they got married, they've since had another there kids and I'd be happy to call any of them my own. That's what I've always wanted, to have a family, to be a father, though the older I get the less likely it seem to be, who knows, time will tell. I always love the end of your videos, the things you talk about, this is why I love your channel so much, never change Imon, you're beautiful. <3

It's crazy that Claire got more respect for her medical talents 200 years ago than she does in her present time.

I wrote a paper on birth in the US. That's how it used to be done. They knocked you out and used forceps to pull the baby out of you. It was horrific. UGH

30:14 When Frank walks up to Claire from behind and just stands there for a moment.. it reminded me of Jack, he did the same thing with Claire in season 1, the Garrison Commander episode.

IKR?!! I'm in my 50s and that's what they did to my mom. I, on the other hand, had researched the crap out of childbirth -- and unless there was some emergency requiring it, I wasn't going to allow any medications or knives near me! lol. I used a midwife and doula but was at a hospital -- it went ok, could have been better but could have been far, far worse. Everyone survived and my son is now 23 and healthy and happy! We need far more education on both in the US. Most women have no idea . . .and our birth outcomes are worse than any other developed nation. :(

Frank was offended that Claire wanted to get a citizenship in America. He felt that she was betraying England, but he doesn’t understand what the English mean to Claire. England is the reason she was forced to leave the man she loves to live a life she doesn’t want. Sam and Caitriona did say going into S3 that they were going to miss working with all the actors from S1-2 who “died” Dougal, Angus, Rupert etc.

"I'll bide." "Got to look pretty for the boss." Frank reminds me nothing of Black Jack. Except for getting a daughter (which is awesome), Frank got a raw end in the deal. Truly in love with Claire who won't or can't reciprocate but instead is a partner like a friend or sister instead of a wife.
