One of my absolute favourite episodes! This was beautiful reaction i just admire your vulnerability so so much, it moved me and actually inspired me to open up and allow myself to cry infront of my mother about something happening in my own life. Thank you so much for doing reactions to this show, i learn so much from you and it every week. Sending virtual hugs! x

Love this reaction! What an intense episode! Episode 15 and 16 are very hard to watch, it gets brutal and dark. I personally had to skip some scenes! I thought I better warn you!

The look Geillis made when Claire said the quote of "I regret that I only have one life to give" made me suspicious of her. I knew I've heard it before and Geillis's face was like, how the hell do you know that? And then in the room in court she said "barbeque" so there my suspicions grew even more. I still wasn't exactly sure if she was from the future until Claire confirmed it. Oh, I thought it was really funny when Jamie asked Claire if she was a witch because of the "Devil's mark".

Hi Imon, thank you for sharing about the “deprogramming” It’s interesting and I can see how this episode in particular might hit you differently than others. Geillis knew something was off with Claire and that’s why she kept questioning her about her past when they would get together. When she finally confronted Claire who finally admitted it was an accident, Geillis thought Claire was there to change things. That’s why she was questioning Claire “So you’re not here to change anything” Geillis saying 1968 was definitely a clue and then when Geillis said “I’m going to a f&$@ barbecue” nailed it since people in 1743 didn’t say that. I don’t know how Jamie found out where Claire was and I can’t remember from the book but thank god for Jamie. I’m glad he wasn’t angry with her for not listening to him about staying away from Geillis. I love the scene in the woods when she tells Jamie the truth and I don’t think I’ve ever seen Jamie as beautiful as when he was sitting on that log listening to her. I also love that he understood why she previously disobeyed him and apologized for beating her. I remember one of the first episodes when Jamie was translating a folktale about a woman who traveled through the stones. That would’ve helped Claire explain and I’m not sure why they didn’t include it. But the fact that he did believe her and he still took her to the stones and was ready to let her go. I’m with you 💯 about choosing to stay. I mentioned it in a different comment but I truly believe Claire and Jamie’s souls are intertwined as you put it. They are meant to be together and she also realized it. Even after their wedding night at the picnic she admitted that what was between them was different she obviously included Frank in that revelation. I think he left her at the stones and made camp because he couldn’t bear to watch her leave him, but every time I see her asking him to take her home to Lollybroch and he’s crying because he realized she chose him. I just fall apart.
