The second season of part 6 will be coming out in fall, probably around September. It’ll be another batch release of 12 episodes. The release date was announced this previous Saturday. Also these first 12 episodes are around 1/3 of part 6. Part 6 manga is around the same length as part 5 and part 4 so we can at least expect 36 episodes in order for it to be fully adapted. That means we will still definitely get 1 more batch after the fall one. I honestly don’t like these batch releases, before part 6, jojo always aired weekly. Both part 5 and 4 finished in around 10 months as the 39 episode aired almost weekly. With this batch formula we have to wait a lot longer in between the 12 episodes. I think batch also decreases a lot of jojo hype and discussion imo. The animators behind jojo have recently been going through a lot of structural and management changes so they’ve most likely been having production issues. So that may explain why part 6 is taking longer to release than previous parts, im fine with waiting I just wish it wasn’t batch released personally though.

I'm honestly pretty sure it's all on Netflix. Cobra Kai's third season for example, was ready a whole year before they released it after they got exclusive rights to the show.
