Man I gotta say, Imon talking about her struggles was really tugging at my heart strings lol but glad to hear things are getting better for you! It's definitely a hump a lot of us have to get over at least once in life. It's also nice to see people with an online presence talk more about stuff like this. Of course this is one of those shows that really brings it out of you but it's nice to see and damn bojack. You know hurting people, intentionally or not, just sucks. Because that hurt will always be apart of them in some way and they might always see you as that person. Like yeah bojack is changing but penny wanting to tell people and warn people about him is sad because he's trying to be better but she'll never forget that situation she was in with him and that he probably might've slept with her. Just sucky all around.

So something I unfortunately learned recently... When Bojack passed out it's not because of a lack of oxygen... But when you're having a major panic attack, and have hyperventilation, you're actually sending too much oxygen to your brain. Which can cause seizures, brain damage, and unconsciousness.

I really did relate to this episode. As a person whose found solace in smoking marijuana. It’s has been a difficult time excepting the peace that he gives me. Cause it seems like the stuff that I do when I’m high is insignificant. And I relate insignificant to not doing something that makes money. But that’s the thing I can’t worry about making money because I’m not able to work because of my disabilities. Someways I kind of just have to except it but I wouldn’t want to do more and I feel bad about myself that I can’t do what others can do. And stuffed and joy and can do good at it is not profitable. And if I’m not doing something that’s profitable and I can’t work that I feel like I’m not good enough for anything. Especially when it comes to getting girls and stuff I don’t even think they look at me if I didn’t have a car or a job. Smoking just allows me to filter all that out or at least sort it in a way where I can take it. But there’s also a lot of trauma stuff behind it too but yeah

The concept of 'Good damage' is pretty relatable. Wanting your traumatic experiences to be worth it and get a positive out of it. Especially if you have the kind of trauma your shamed and taught not to speak about or express. It can make you feel isolated and different from others.
