Abi you were SO CLOSE in identifying that one guy that you thought looked familiar! It was actually Krazy-8, the first dealer Walter comes across and kills in Breaking Bad (remember choking him with the bike lock). You are slowly putting the pieces of this story together.

Daniel is right. That's Krazy8. Fun fact, he tells Walter that he worked at Tampico Furniture (owned by his father) and you can see him wearing the store's uniform in this episode.
