scar usually would just stop at the deconstruction part of alchemy, the tats on his other arm forms a full circle allowing him to reconstruct aswell

Soo, for your own sake you should watch the next few episodes in a row. The stakes and the stress continue to build until the end. Also, Scar's brother transmuted his own arm onto Scar in order to save him during the war. That's how he gained the deconstruction ability, it was after they retrieved the notes and Scar began rounding up Ishvalans, that he had someone recreate the reconstruction tattoo onto Scar's left arm.
