I've been toying with the idea of using certain variables  to tweak classes in the game to add more customization. Similar to how you can change the background from grey to pink or how you can change the  font size (both via the menu). I was wondering what you guys think about this idea.

I'd say spend a bit of time on the graphics. If I'm being honest, the UI is below average for Twine games, in some ways worse than if it just used default styling. But the look of it isn't all that important compared to *other* improvements you could spend time on.

Yeah, the UI needs lots of love. But next update, the one coming out in 12 days, OOF. That thing is going to be P R E T T T T T Y. It's amazing what you can do by getting higher res images and adding chatboxes where they need to be.
