Meet the top girls in high school.
They dominate in everything, beauty, intelligence, charisma and strength.
Three of them are the strongest girls in the whole school.
The student council will play a very important role in the story.

• Medaka: Student council president, with 98% of the votes she was elected to be the school president for two consecutive years.
  A girl who is considered to be the best in everything.
  
• Lazuli: Vice president of the student council, she is in third grade and is one of the most mysterious girls in the whole school, she tends not to talk much.
  Her classmates call her eighteen for some reason, rumours have spread among the lower grades that she is possibly an android for not showing human expressions.
  
• Nami: The treasurer of the student council, in her first year she caused a lot of trouble and was known as the thieving cat Nami, her meeting with Medaka was a turning point for her and now she takes care of what she loves most in the world, money.
  
• Aoi: The secretary of the student council, she is also President Medaka's right-hand woman.
  Her middle school days were marked by her being known as the leader of the Red Tails, a gang that dominated much of the city.
  Upon entering the first year of high school, she had a confrontation with Medaka in which she gambled on disbanding the Red Tails and joining the student council, an impressive battle where she proved to the entire school why Medaka is the strongest woman in high school.
  She hates perverts and being underestimated for being a woman.
