I'm thinking the succubus could have a persona like Yuki Nonaka of Testament of Sister New Devil - unshakable belief that the MC is THE ONE for her and willing to go to any length to appeal over the rivals, probably coming across awkward or creepy with the level of devotion, but not necessarily yandere (though, being a succubus, that could be an option too), and if she is the combat intro opponent, she could also power up later for additional attempts to beat the MC.
