Find character Kuni on workspace click down arrow next to her name and "group : face" and "part : mouth", you can see the dog costume head item, deselect it or delete it, I should have known it will cause problem like that. sorry.

All of the head is one item so i deleted the texture of every part of the head except tongue on photoshop, than i change the texture with that.
