안녕하십니까. 

팀 매니저 Flyingrare 입니다.

이번 2020년 05월 25일 Team MoHu의 팀원들이 모여 간단한 회식과 만남의 시간을 가졌습니다. 새롭게 팀에 참가하신 팀원들과 기존에 참여하였지만 쉬고 있던 팀원들 모두가 모여서 앞으로의 팀 운영과 계획에 대해서 의견을 나누었습니다.

비록 코로나 19 사태로 인하여 본격적인 계획들이 연기되긴 하였으나 , 팀원들의 프로젝트는 지속해서 지원하여 팀 운영을 진행하기로 하였습니다.

2020년 05월 25일 기준 Team MoHu에 소속되어있는 팀원들은 다음과 같습니다.

기존의 팀원 시스템에서 새롭게 메뉴를 개편하면서 , 몇가지 변경점을 가지게되었습니다.

일단 세부 사항에 관해서는 이번 보상 ( 2020 Reward 05 ) 가 발송될때 문서로 포함될 예정입니다. 관련된 내용 확인은 보상 파일에서 부탁드립니다.

Past Reward :: Gumroad 개편

과거 보상 시스템의 개편이 진행되었습니다. 이번 2020 Reward 05 발송과 동시에 2019년 ~ 2020년의 Reward 파일은 각각의 작업자의 파일로 분할되어 Gumroad에서 제공됩니다.

단, Past Reward 에서는 PSD , Clip 파일과 같은 수정가능한 파일은 제외되며 , 만화의 경우에는 우측하단에 팀 로고가 삽입됩니다. 이는 Gumroad 시스템으로 인한 유출 및 공유가 발생함으로 팀의 작업물이 어디에 소속되어있는지 나타내기 위함으로 팀 로고가 작업물을 가리진 않게 배치할 예정입니다.

2018 Reward 의 경우에는 선택적으로 업로드 될 예정입니다.

VIP :: Patreon 개편

기존의 VIP 시스템은 이번 2020 Reward 05 이후로 폐지될 예정입니다. 새로운 VIP 신청은 더이상 불가능해지며 , 기존의 VIP를 한번 신청하셨던 분들이라면 다시 신청하실 수 있습니다.

이는 팀원들의 작업이 보다 팀 프로젝트와 보상에 초점을 맞출 수 있게 하고자 결정되었으며 , 기존의 VIP 후원자분들에게는 기존에 약속하였던 보상으로써 지속제공하기로 하였습니다.

그동안 VIP 후원 메뉴에 관심을 가져주신 분들에게 감사드리며 , 앞으로도 보다 좋은 작업물로 VIP 후원자분들의 관심과 지원에 보답할 수 있도록 하겠습니다.  잘 부탁드리겠습니다.

Team MoHu ::  후원금 사용에 관하여 

이제 Team MoHu에 소속된 팀원들은 Team MoHu의 지원 아래에서 활동하고 , 필요한 경우에는 Team MoHu에 후원된 후원금을 지원 받아 필요한 곳에 사용할 수 있게 합니다. 저희 팀의 경우에 현재 후원 수익으로는 각각 팀원에게 일정량의 보수를 지급하는 부분에 있어서 부족함으로써 보수에 초점을 맞추기보다는 각각의 팀원이 일상에 필요한 물품이나 , 교체가 필요한 것에 대해서 지원하고 있습니다.

( 책상,의자,컴퓨터,작업용 도구 등) 을 구매할때 팀의 후원금을 사용하여 교체하고 있습니다.

또한 앞으로는 ( 책자 , 굿즈 ) 와 같은 팀 굿즈를 생산할때 팀의 후원금을 사용하여 제작하고자 합니다.

Discord :: 디스코드 시스템 

Discord 에는 단 , 한번이라 후원을 하셨던 후원자라면 참여하실 수 있게 후원 보상에 항상 포함되어있습니다.  기존의 VIP 후원자분들은 개별 채팅방을 가지고 계시며 일반 후원자분들에게는 통상적인 소식과 평소의 팀원들의 작업물을 업로드하고 있습니다.

따라서 , Discord 참여를 하시는 편이 Team MoHu의 활동을 보다 빠르게 접해보실 수 있습니다.

( Patreon에는 여러가지 제한 요소가 많아서 본격적인 업로드를 진행하지 않고 있습니다! )

This is Team Manager Flyingrare.

On May 25, 2020, team members of Team MoHu gathered to have a brief meeting .

Team members who participated in the new team, and members who were participating in the past but were resting. Everyone gathered to share their thoughts on future team operations and plans.

Although full-fledged plans were postponed due to the Corona 19 incident, the team members decided to continue supporting the project and proceed with the team operation.

With the reorganization of the menu in the existing team member system, we have some changes.

Once the details are received, this reward (2020 Reward 05) will be included in the document when it is sent out.

Past Reward :: Gumroad Reorganization

The Past Reward system was reorganized. Simultaneously with this 2020 Reward 05 shipment, Reward files from 2019 to 2020 are divided into files of each worker and provided by Gumroad.

However, editable files such as PSD and Clip files are excluded from Past Reward, and in the case of cartoons, the team logo is inserted at the bottom right. 

This is to indicate where the team's work is belonging due to the leakage and sharing caused by the Gumroad system.
The team logo will be placed so that the work is not covered.

In the case of 2018 Reward, it will be uploaded selectively.

Details will be announced separately.

VIP :: Patreon Reorganization

The existing VIP system will be abolished after this 2020 Reward 05. Applying for a new VIP is no longer possible, and if you have applied for an existing VIP once, you can apply again.It was decided to make the work of team members more focused on team projects and rewards, and it was decided to continue to provide existing VIP sponsors with the promised rewards.

Thanks to those who have been interested in the VIP sponsoring menu so far, we will continue to repay the interest and support of VIP sponsors with better work. Thank you very much.

Team MoHu :: About Sponsorship

Team MoHu team members now work under Team MoHu's support and, if necessary, receive funding from Team MoHu to make it available where needed. In the case of our team, the current sponsored revenue is insufficient for each team member to pay a certain amount of compensation, so instead of focusing on the compensation, each team member provides support for daily necessities and replacements.

When purchasing (desks, chairs, computers, work tools, etc.), we use the team's donations to replace them.

Also, in the future, when we produce team goods such as (booklets, goods), we want to use the team's donations to make them.

Discord :: Discord System

Discord is always included in the sponsorship reward so that any sponsor who once sponsored can participate. 

Existing VIP patrons have individual chat rooms, and regular patrons are uploading common news and work of their usual team members.

Therefore, the participant in Discord can experience Team MoHu's activities more quickly.
