This is why I did a gender vote. (Patreon)

The last gender vote was due to speculation that there might be a female sponsor. While working as a patreon for 3 or 4 years, I never thought that there would be female sponsors. However, seeing Sailor Uranus receiving a lot of votes in the recent Sailor Moon voting made me think about the existence of a female supporter.

지난번 성별에 대한 투표는 여성 후원자분이 있을 수 있겠다는 추측 때문이었습니다. 3~4년 정도 patreon활동을 하면서 여성후원자가 있을 것이라는 생각은 전혀 못했었습니다. 그런데 최근 세일러문 투표에서 세일러 우라누스가 많은 표를 받는 것을 보고 여성 후원자의 존재에 대해 생각하게 되었지요. 

I think the 3D modeling character of Sailor Uranus that I downloaded is very different from the 2D character. Still, I think Uranus won a lot of votes. It wasn't in my plan at first, but I will consider her appearance in the long run. And I think that most of the men who support me will be able to make some concessions for the women who support me.

What's a bit worrisome is that I haven't actually applied any textures for this character. In other words, I have not seen the actual rendering on my PC, so I have no idea what the quality of the result will be. I don't know when I'll get a chance to feature her, but I hope she'll show up in her pretty form.

제가 다운받은 세일러 우라누스의 3D모델링 캐릭터는 2D캐릭터와 느낌이 많이 다르다고 생각하는데요. 그럼에도 우라누스는 많은 표를 획득했다고 생각합니다. 애초 계획에는 없었지만 장기적으로 그녀의 등장도 생각 해놓겠습니다. 그리고 저를 후원해주시는 대부분의 남성분들은 여성 후원자분들을 위해서 약간의 양보는 충분히 할 수 있을 것이라 생각합니다.

약간 걱정스러운 것은 제가 실제로 이 캐릭터의 텍스쳐를 적용해보진 않았다는 것입니다. 다시말해 저의 pc에서 실제로 렌더링 된 이후의 모습을 본적이 없어서 실제로 어느정도의 퀄리티의 결과물이 나올지 전혀 감이 없습니다. 제가 그녀를 언제 즈음 등장시킬 기회가 생길지 알 수 없지만 부디 그녀가 이쁜 모습으로 등장하면 좋겠습니다.
