Mostly as I suspected but, I figured for Ambulatory w/Limited Mobility. Still, looking good. 

He’ll be fully cognitive but, you really want him to have mental changes. These will likely come in handy with any Aftermath that might occur. Let’s give a big list and the top three will win. All ties to be counted. Won’t that be fun?

Remember, he’ll still have his old mind and personality, he’ll just have the add-ons. Patches, if you will. They will eventually adjust his core personality but, he’ll notice the changes. If I missed one, shout it out in the comments!
