Ooh is quite interesting! The extra fur is a neat surprise, and I do like it. In a way I feel it makes her seem even more mouselike. Or that something is happening and she is changing and becoming more like a mouse. If she turns around and gives us a full frontal to show us extra breasts are growing in then maybe that is what is happening! Or makes me think of ideas like she was a petite human girl before, but she started turning into a mechanic mouse, which makes sense! I do feel it is a bit on a tame side, but for this particular pose is about as far as it likely could go, could even be a little more busty from this angle, or really small breasts and has extra teats/bumps. I always do variants when I do multibreast though, some adore and love them and others not so much and it's one of those things that is fairly easy to add/remove to make everyone happy. Anyway, long post, lol. Were just my thoughts, is really quite fun, inspires a lot of thoughts as to what might be happening if anything, I like!
