Well, that was an unexpected way to break a tie but, broken it is!

Modern Shanghai. I don’t know much about modern Shanghai but, I’ll do some research. It will probably end up about as much like Shanghai as NYC was in “Rumble in the Bronx”.

Anyway, we’ve got the where and when, now the why. Sort of.
