One of the big things I'm working on right now is the skin features rework. It might sound simple, but not when you want to preserve all the modularity, flexibility, and customization. As you know, I'm a solo developer and doing most of the stuff alone, but my possibilities are limited. Just to give you an idea of complexity - I just ordered a freelancer a huge custom code addition that will cost me from $1000 to $3000. And I really hope that this framework addition will be a foundation for a lot of great visual improvements I want to build! (It better would be or I will be agitated!)

In the first place, I expect to build a dynamic sweat that will increase during the fight. I attached a picture from the Skyrim mod with a good sweat visual, but of course, our solution must be much more advanced than just a single texture :D

Next, we could build an advanced tattoo/paint editor. (Maybe, even allowing your own, personal images to use). Advanced muscularity layers when you could change muscles definition with a slider, freckles, scars, and other liquids besides sweat, lol

Could there also be a condition sweaty that would build resistance to certain holds?

Realy looking big time forward to this one. Maby sweat could increase over rounds, the longer the fight. the more sweat.

I’m trying to avoid linking visual representation with game mechanics. I want to avoid forcing players to use aesthetic they don’t like in exchange for gameplay benefits.
