Can I change height of the character?

Height difference, high heels, and other skeleton proportion changes are technically impossible, unfortunately. With that 5 cm difference (for example) in height we will get penis penetrating eye instead of mouth 😅😅😅

Will guys be able to use the face riding move or is that gonna be female only? A few of the moves I'd like to use seem to be gender locked....
