I was thinking about some kind of simple underwear made in coarse-filaments fabric or maybe some kind of brown/maculated animal skin. What about fighting moves that require fingers ?

I thought clothes would be part of the character creation, but it makes sense to link them to match types rather to characters. You're doing a great work !

It is a part of character creation. But it also will be connected to the available moves on a "per turn" base. Right now you can't use expensive submission if you don't have enough energy. The same principle will work for clothes: you can't use your penis if you wear pants, you can't put fingers into someone if they have underwear, you can't hold someone if you have boxing gloves, etc...
