Character Editor: Work in Progress build download (Patreon)

Hello, Fighters! I finally overcome a major bug in Quality/Resolution settings and fixed some issues with the editor you kindly reported me last time. Please, check this Character Editor technical build. It's not a full editor, but just some basic stuff to test the possible features. Pay attention to the Quality/Resolution options available with (ESC) key or Settings button at the bottom\left corner.
