Patreon Sales Tax (Patreon)

Hey all! 

Starting July 1st, Patreon will have to start charging sales tax, depending on what a tier offers and where you live in the world.  (" Less than half of all patrons will be charged sales tax, and for most, the amount will be very small. For example, sales tax rates in the US range from 4% to 11%, so on a $5 pledge, that would be between 20 cents and 55 cents ")

I've updated the settings to hopefully make the damage as small as possible.  :(

And even though we just added the 1-4 PDFs to the $5 tier, we're going to put them back into the $8 since they count as 'downloadable content' which is one of the things that can be charged for sales tax. Hopefully this will save the $5 tier!

So, just a heads up, we'll be re-uploading those chapters in a few posts to have it all on our patreon. (They're still just accessible through google drive as of right now)
