Official Patreon Sketch Submission Form - December 2021 (Patreon)

Important! - Your request details MUST be sent via Patreon, either thru this post or via messages on Patreon!  Do not send your info elsewhere, I cannot keep track of it!

This is the official submission form for $25+ members to claim their sketches for the month of December 2021.  You are limited to either 2 characters max or 1 character w/ BG max. In order to claim your slot, please reply to THIS submission form and include your request with links to ALL NECESSARY REFS, EVEN IF YOU'VE SENT THEM BEFORE!

If you cannot/do not want to list your sketch requests details here, you can simply message me on Patreon, HOWEVER you still must reply to this post to claim your spot!

About upgrades: For people who want their sketches upgraded, this will only apply to a single character and not any additional characters or BGs etc.  If you want addtional work done for the month, you will be required to pay extra!

Note: Unless there is a specified reason, no sketch will be prioritized over the others.
