I mean, I get that people want to share the work (and to be fair it is additional publicity) ... but you'd think they could -- at the bare *MINIMUM* -- share the version *with* the watermark. =/

You misunderstand what I say, though I'll grant that I wasn't as clear as I could've been -- my point is that it's a foregone conclusion that someone will share the work even though they shouldn't, morally speaking. (It's a foregone conclusion because of statistics and human nature, in this case.) I just wish that the people who have already decided to share it no matter what, would be considerate enough to ensure proper credit is given to the creator of the work. It still wouldn't make it right that they decided to share the work, but it would be less harmful if they shared the watermarked versions because then at least people would know whom to credit with the creation of the works, and, therefore, whom they should support financially if they wished for more access.

I feel cheated too when I see paid contents shared publicly for free. But it's inevitable and as far as I'm concerned I paid to support the artist rather than just for the bonus contents.

Completely agree with cittran. Paid content will inevitably end up somewhere where anyone can access it, and honestly it's not the worse thing. It is great publicity after all. I just wish the people posting and reposting the content can at least have the decency of sharing the watermarked version so people can without a doubt know who made the content. In fact, I would completely not mind it if Tiaz or any other creator just didn't make a non-watermarked version altogether. I honestly do not mind the watermarks as long as it's not in the middle of the content.

I wouldnt be here if I had not seen a gif on a site somewhere. Saw some more from the same creator, some had watermarks, some not. And they were glorious. And now, here I am, throwing my money to get more.
