Having a routine helps but I try to not use electronics 1 hr before I sleep. I

I think whichever time is ok as long as it's a routine. I personally sleep 11pm/midnight-7am every day whether or not it's a workday or weekend. It's when you sleep in during weekends and wake up early during weekdays that it really screws up the body clock.
