Tips for Shooting At Night:

Underexpose the photos because shadow details are easier to pull back than overexposed highlights.
1. Widest Aperature
2. Trying keeping ISO low but not to a point where the photo is too dark straight out of the camera
3. Slower Shutter Speed but needs steady hands
