Another favorite long time, now replaced are hot lights. At the time was using a lowell fren 650 watt hot light. Now replaced with Aperture 120D with Fresnel attachment. I shot with Lowell's for years and years. Cheap. Durable. They were hot, but usually were clear across the room not close to models.
