one of the things I teach at workshops is to not set in one spot. keep moving.

here's and example of the same light, with slightly different results by moving. 

I have a couple Apurture 120 D Leds and this is with the Fresnel Adapter. It's and BRIGHT. About equivalent of say a 650 Watt hot light, with no heat.
