COMMISSION INFORMATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Patreon)

In this post you will find all the info regarding my SFW and NSFW personal use commissions here on Patreon. See the bottom of this post for commercial-use commissions.

COMMISSION NOTES

- I TYPICALLY HAVE A 1 WEEK WAIT FOR COMMISSIONS. YOU WILL BE BOOKED INTO MY CALENDAR IN ADVANCE TO THE COMMISSION SLOT.

- I WILL TAKE UP TO 3 AUDIO COMMISSIONS (A SERIES OR INDIVIDUAL AUDIOS) AT ONE TIME FROM ONE PERSON. I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW MANY I CAN TAKE AT WHEN YOU CONTACT ME.

- PAYMENT WILL HAPPEN THE DAY BEFORE I BEGIN WORKING ON YOUR COMMISSION VIA A RESERVED PATREON TIER (THE DATE BOOKED IN ADVANCE).

- COMMISSIONS ARE TYPICALLY FINISHED 1-2 WEEKS AFTER I RECEIVE YOUR FORM.

PLEASE DOWNGRADE OR CANCEL UPON RECEIVING YOUR FINAL COMMISSION

When you have received the final version of your audio, please downgrade to one of the basic (non-commission) tiers OR cancel your pledge. My Patreon works on a Charge-Upfront basis and therefore you will be charged for your commission as soon as you pledge. If you happen to be charged twice (e.g. you sign up on the last day of the month and then are again charged on the 1st of the month, I will refund one of these payments). To avoid this you should be able to cancel before the 1st of the month and still be able to contact me on Patreon messages to receive your commission.

If you are an existing patron and you upgrade to get a commission, you will pay the difference between your current tier and the commission fee for that month (e.g. you have paid £12 on the 1st of the month and upgrade to a £70 commission tier on the 10th. You will then be charged another £58 to make up the difference.)

If you downgrade back to your usual tier after receiving your commission you will be charged on the 1st of the next month as usual.

Please note: You will NOT be charged the commission price again if you downgrade or cancel before the 1st of the next month. If you are charged twice I will of course refund the second charge.

PLEASE HAVE YOUR COMMISSION IDEA OR SCRIPT READY BEFORE PLEDGING.

You do not need a script, I am happy to take scripted and unscripted commissions. But please have a detailed description and idea of what you want before pledging. You will be given a form to fill out and describe all of the aspects of your commission in as much detail as possible including character/s, type of voice and accent, storyline, sound effects, ASMR triggers, character descriptions, and more. Please try to fill out this form in as much detail as possible so that I can make all your commission dreams come true!

PRICING AND OPTIONS

These prices are for the FINAL PRODUCT, that includes all voice acting, editing and sound effects.

Base commission fee (£10 + minutes)

Commission (rate £6 per minute of spoken audio + sound effects)

5 minute commission: £40 (approx. $50 USD)

10 minute commission: £70 (approx. $90 USD)

I previously had different rates for SFW and NSFW content, however, that was too confusing trying to figure out what was categorised as SFW or NSFW (especially regarding fetish content) and ultimately the same amount of work goes into creating an audio regardless of the content within it, therefore I have changed to one standard price for all audio commissions.

Please note Patreon will charge you in your local currency depending on the conversion rate. Tax and other platform charges may also apply.

The base commission fee covers sound effects and editing of the raw audio.

Commissions will always be the number of minutes purchased as a minimum, (e.g. a 10 minute audio purchased will always be at least 10:00 minutes upon delivery, but may be up to 11:00 minutes) they may run up to 1 minute overtime which you will not be charged for to allow for creative editing, sound effects, fade out, etc.

If you want a longer commission this can be arranged and priced accordingly, just ask in messages!

Rush Fees:

If you would like your commission finished ASAP I am usually happy & able to do so, but there will be a rush fee added to the commission price. These are:

REVISION

Once I have finished the first version I will send you a .mp3 file of your audio. The commissioner will then have the chance to listen to it and ask for small changes to be made. Please try to be as detailed and precise when filling out your commission form so that I can create your audio how you want it, re-recording and editing may require additional charges if the commissioner was not specific enough in filling out their commission form. Any changes to be made or re-recording due to fault of myself will carry no extra charge. Re-recording and editing can take a few days, so please be patient when waiting for your audio to be fixed up - but a revision is optional, if you're happy with the first version you don't need to have a revision at all!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- Commissions may be shared to YouTube and/or Patreon anonymously.

- In cases where a commission may contain names or identifying factors this will be changed / edited out before public release.

- All characters portrayed or mentioned in commissions must be 18+.

- Whilst I am comfortable creating commissions that fall under many different categories or fetishes, I hold the right to refuse anything that I am uncomfortable with - please respect that. In these cases I will contact you and you will be refunded.

- No bestiality (monster girls/animorph characters are fine)

- If a commissioner fails to submit their commission form or respond to messages withing 14 days of pledging or the payment date, they will be refunded and the commission cancelled. 

LICENSING AND RIGHTS

Please note that all creative rights of commissions belong to myself as the creator. Commissions are for personal use only and may not be shared or uploaded to another platform regardless if for commercial use or not. If you wish to share your commission for non commercial use please ask beforehand and credit:

"Audio created and voiced by Shortcake ASMR, all rights reserved."

If you wish to commission me for work that will be used commercially or for-profit (e.g. posted to your own YouTube channel, for a video game or other project) please contact me in advance.
