I already made a ton of art with the priestesses in the temple.  You'll be seeing it soon.  When I needed a "symbol of the goddess," the text gave me no guidance, so I looked through my props and found an "elven necklace" that seemed kinda symbol-y, and I already had it in 3D.  So I used it.  I removed some leaves from the blossom, and turned the whole thing (including the gem at the center) gold.  Today, for the first time, I noticed, oh, that might look vaguely like a Star of David.  It isn't meant to be.  It was a flower blossom; it had a leaf covering part of it.  In my desire to make a symbol that could easily be repeatable (not to mention brandable), I got rid of the leaf.  Anyway, the point of this post is any reference to any existing religious symbols is purely coincidental, and not intended in the least.  And, um, I feel like an idiot about it.  Its use is nearly over for the art I'm finishing up right now, so I won't change it for now, but I didn't want anyone to think I was sending some terrible message.
