So at the end of the episode Hobo 13, Zim gets stuck in a ship auto-piloting into a sun, with Bob tied to the back of his chair. Well, Zim survived, so I can only imagine Bob did too. Zim discovers him and assumes he's a present from the Tallest and drags him back to Earth.

Bob eventually gets so fed up with Zim's shit he calls the Tallest and begs them for his job back. Being a table was less humiliating than being Zim's maid. They would probably just laugh at him and say "Well that's your fault for not dying."

He'd eventually just mail himself back to the Tallest, where they would give him his job, but now with the 3 tiered, 3 times heaver table set up like he had in EtF.
