She leaned in closely and re-examined all of its attributes just to make sure. Mikoto was looking stiff and remaining stoic, she was as silent as ever except with having a reddened blush on her cheeks the entire time. 'Everyone actually heard us last night? W-were we......too loud even for the walls of this place?!' He was as still as a statue and felt lost in his thoughts the longer he felt everyone's eyes on him, mentally chastising himself for not realizing just how loud they were. 'Hehehehehe, oops?'

You have to preserve your strength for today since you're going down to the sixteenth floor.~" Hestia beamed as she sat close to Bell, feeding him even more with a fluttery smile on her face. The Goddess was positively radiant with happiness right now and it made Aisha grin slyly while Mikoto looked on with uncertainty written on her eyes.

Eventually making their way down to their last checkpoint and warping to one of the middle-level resting spots, Bell and his team started their raid on the sixteenth floor and found that the monsters were considerably tougher than they expected.

Right now they were dealing with two monster Rexes, large dinosaur-like monsters that were nearly as big as a Minotaur and they came with a large horrifying spider as well as a small Earth-Dragon. The last being devastating in its own right despite its relatively small size. Bell and the others were in for a fight alright and it turns out that only his weapons were able to pierce through the armor of the Earth Dragon, leaving him to take care of it alone while the others were occupied by the rest.

In a glimmer of flashing steel, he chipped away at its armor little by little when using a large blade he had borrowed from Welf. Bell kept his Argonaut ability charging up to unleash a deadly Firebolt blast to finish it, but only after it had been stripped of its defense. The Spider, however, was very light on its feet as it kept on hopping from one place to another shooting thick strings of webbing at Aisha and Mikoto. Thankfully, they were light on their feet as well and were able to dodge everything it was shooting, but still, it was difficult to attack it when it was moving so fast.

"Tch! That thing is way too speedy, huh?" Liliruca complained as she kept on firing her mini-crossbow at the pair of Monster Rexes while Welf readied a Magic Sword attack.

"We need to combine our attack and take care of the spider first!" Bell called out while nimbly dodging one of the Earth Dragon's stone pellet barrages. He flipped back and readied his Argonaut while the Earth Dragon followed suit, leading it to nearly crashing into the Spider itself while Bell brought up his right arm and aimed at the two of them.

Welf, Aisha, and Mikoto understood immediately and slashed wildly at the pair of Large Rexes, forcing them back into the other two monsters when Bell unleashed his charged-up attack! He had hoped to get the Earth Dragon even though its armor wasn't fully stripped yet, but he had little time to complain since they were being overwhelmed.

"Now, Bell-Kun!~" Liliruca cried out after they had been bundled together all in one spot.

"Firebolt!" Bell yelled out and unleashed an intense fiery blast of energy at the handful of monsters, resulting in a loud boom of energy and monster parts exploding apart!

Bell landed gracefully on his feet while the smoke from the blast was still going, grinning in post-battle victory as he made his way over to his team. Things were seemingly wrapped up until the smoke started to clear, revealing a very battle-damaged Earth Dragon still shakily standing on its legs with its jaw lighting up for one last-ditch final attack!

"Bell-Kun! Behind you!" Liliruca called out to him, making him turn around in stunned shock as both Mikoto and Aisha rushed over in an attempt to kill the thing before it attacked!

*Rooaaarrrssss!!*

Instead of blasting Bell with the attack, it aimed its maw at the ground beneath their feet where Bell, Aisha, and Mikoto all stood where the stone footing collapsed beneath them! A loud crash of energy meeting rock resulted and the Earth Dragon fell to the side, disintegrating into a crystal when Bell and the two women started falling to the next floor beneath them!

Welf and Lili both attempted to reach out and grab them, but a small landslide of rocks tumbling down in front of them caused them both to pull back! The monster knew what it was doing when it made that final attack. Not only was there a landslide forcing Lili and Welf back, but the ground being destroyed had sent Bell and the other two women into a pitfall!

Bell didn't scream out in panic like he normally would've done, but he held onto both Aisha and Mikoto from the sides just as soon as he reached their waists. Pulling both beautiful warriors against his torso, he prepared to hit the ground hard as he shielded them with his body!

"B-Bell-Kun!~" Mikoto let out in worry and panic while Aisha simply clutched his chest tightly, eventually arriving together at the seventeenth floor!

Blacking out and slowly stirring awake, albeit sore as all Hell, Bell awoke to the blurry sight of Aisha's right hand shaking around smelling salts in front of his face. Her clothing was looking roughed up and tattered in places all over, she knelt next to Mikoto who was in a similar state with both women looking relieved to see him regain consciousness.

"Y-you're awake! I'm so glad, Bell-Kun!~" Mikoto let out as she wiped a tear from her face. Aisha simply knelt and placed a kiss on his right cheek, causing him to blush vehemently as he sat up.

"I am too. You took quite a nasty fall shielding the both of us from harm, you know. Don't make such reckless choices, Bell-Kun. We all care about you so much after all.~" Aisha said warmly and held her arms around his neck with Mikoto doing the same.

"Mmnhhhh! T-this feels so nice....!" He whimpered quietly to himself and felt them both pull themselves off, showing him that they were all the bottom of the cliff. "We must've fallen a bit far, huh? Do you think we're on the next floor perhaps?"

Aisha shook her head.

"No, if I had to guess, I'd say we're simply at the bottom of the chasm underneath the cliff we were just on. Lili and Welf might be on the other side looking for us." Aisha surmised and Mikoto held her chin in thought when she chimed in.

"It is also possible they could be waiting for us at the safety zone just above this floor. I think we should start making our way back up in hopes of meeting them and maybe recovering our wounds before we venture any further." Mikoto added and both Bell and Aisha nodded their heads in agreement.

"Alright then, let's go. I'm not too banged up to fight if it comes down to it. There's bound to be more monsters waiting for us on our way back." Bell said as he dusted himself off and readied some of the Special weaponry he had on him thanks to Freya and Riveria. He took out Gram and readied the Mystical homing Knives just in case.

Aisha and Mikoto both readied their swords and started walking together with him, traveling for hours and fighting all manner of low-rank monsters that kept on crossing their path. Little by little it was all starting to wear on them, making the journey there a battle of attrition with Bell fearing the worst should they succumb to exhaustion and become easy prey for Monsters.

Somewhere along the middle of their journey back to the top, Aisha halted and looked to her right, smiling when she came across a familiar location they could use to truly catch their breath. Bell and Mikoto, looking worn out from all the fighting and the trekking, paused and looked at her with slight confusion.

"Aisha-san? What's wrong?" Bell asked and saw the sultry adventurer twist to her side and point down in the direction of a seemingly narrow passage in the side of the cliff they were on. Her eyes were lit up with excitement and she quickly grabbed both Bell and Mikoto by the wrists to pull them into it out of nowhere.

"Come over here, you two! I've found it! Behold...!" Aisha then uttered a barely audible passcode in the form of an incantation, making the passage magically appear wider and showing the other two a pre-made hideout resting spot complete with a small lodge, a hot tub nearby, and a Safe Zone barrier around the entire area all of that was located in. Bell looked at Mikoto in disbelief at first, sharing her enthusiasm till Aisha pulled them into the zone and out of danger outside.

As soon as they stepped in, the tanned-skin beauty stretched her arms over her head in relaxation, knowing this was the place they could rest up for the time being.

"Ah, that's more like it. I never thought we'd come across it on our way back to the others, but this place certainly came at the right time. This is a Hideout location kept secret within the Ishtar Familia, all Amazons know it by memory yet none have bothered coming down to this floor to use it until now. We're safe here from any monster attacks and we can catch our breath with a good night's sleep in the lodge over there." She explained, pointing to the lodge and opening the door, letting Bell and Mikoto see that it was stocked with beds and supplies.

Food, healing items, even spare changes of temporary clothes are all stocked up within. This made both of them brighten up sharply with greatly relieved looks on their faces.

"That's amazing, Aisha-san! Thank you!!" Bell let out and Mikoto nodded in agreement with him. rushing inside to change out of their clothes and apply some healing ointments to get ready and go to sleep.

Aisha, meanwhile, stood outside with her arms held in her hands, biting down on her bottom lip for she knew now was the time to strike. It was only her and Mikoto alone with Bell, and three of them were confidently given private time in this hideout safe zone without anyone else around to intrude.

"Mmhmm, if he thought he made noise with Hestia, then tonight going to be an even louder night between the two of us, maybe three.~" Aisha said to herself and walked in, ready to change and get into the bath to heal up for tomorrow's continued journey back to the others.

It was nighttime, as far as anyone could tell, and Mikoto fell asleep quite easily after fighting to exhaustion earlier on. That left Bell alone outside by the camping fire, stoking it with a pleasant smile on his face and only his dark long sleeve shirt with pants. His armor and weapons were placed by his bedside and he was simply out here enjoying the peace for a change.

Where Esdeath ended up...

In a streak of lightning and green and gold energy, the woman known as Esdeath had reappeared on the ground in a world not her own. She was on her knees, clutching her side where her right arm once was, feeling it bleeding out as she found herself in a place she did not recognize at all. It was in a world of Gods, Goddesses, Adventurers, and monsters whose strength dwarfed even her own.

Looking up and out into the distance with a defeated look on her ace. Esdeath found herself in the Kingdom of Rakia, wondering where to go and what to do with herself now.
