Fixing a problem with Patron Reqest Sketches (Patreon)

TLDR: Every month $10 Tier Patrons will vote in a poll for  a sketch theme/character - additionally to one person being picked randomly for a Request, as usual. 

Hey everyone! Starting with 2024 I'm going to be fixing a problem I've had with Requests for $10 Patrons.

Ever since I started the Patreon and set the Request Sketch as a reward for the most generous supporters, there have been months when I haven't heard back from the winner - even after following up both in messages and email.
I want the monthly sketch to be a reward to all Patrons, not just the one person who gets to pick the theme for it, so I want to do something about it. I decided that I will set a limit on the time I'll wait for a response/decision from the winner and for now it will be 5 years.

All Request slots older than 5 years will be forfeit and I will fulfill them monthly.  We'll do polls in which $10 Tier Patrons will be able to vote and suggest themes/characters for next round.  

I think this way everyone wins- more art for you and me and some picking power for those Top Tier Patrons who weren't yet lucky enough to pick.
