According to the requester, ''Nøkke'' (alternatively ''Åmanden'' (English sometimes The Nix)), is a fairy creature that plays (often the violin) in lakes and small ponds. It lures people in and then drowns them.  
Had lots of fun with this one, though it did take a bunch of work :P
