Officially Working on YouTube Full Time (mostly) (Patreon)

Things moved a little faster at my day job and I'm now working 20 hours a week.  Which is both terrifying and fantastic!

With that said, there is other work to be done.  I'm currently editing a very unrelated video--I'm thinking of doing a format where every other video follows a main story arc (like I'm currently doing with Television) and the videos in between are part of Tech Explorations, just looking at one particular topic or thing.  We'll see how that goes...

I've been writing my upcoming video on color television, and I'm very thankful to YouTube commenters who alerted me to Guillermo González Camarena's work on early color television.  That video hasn't even been shot yet but it should be MUCH simpler than my last one.  I'm going to try not to trap myself into an editing nightmare again...

Also please know that coming up I'm taking two long-planned vacations with family.  I'm hopefully going to incorporate videos into both of these trips, and I have topics in mind.
