a message to my patrons (Patreon)

hey guys!

last month during billing time (the 1st of the month) there was a slight issue with patreon's billing system. some of you may have noticed that despite your payment information being correct, you were unable to see newly uploaded content for a few days.

the reason this happened was because until patreon processes your entire payment, they register you as unpaid and therefore restrict your access to my content until then. last month it took about 4 days for the entire payment to process, so just in case something similar happens again this month, i thought i would alert you guys ahead of time!

if it does happen, please be assured that you are not locked out of my content if your payment information is correct, and you will have access once your payment is processed as normal.

i apologize for this!! i've contacted the support team, and i'm hoping for a speedier process this time around, but overall, i'm still not sure how to fix it or speed the process along.
