Assetto Corsa - 3D trees for Nordschleife - TreeFX

This mod replaces original trees on the track with 3D ones using TreeFX for a total of 53 151 3D trees. Mod data (position and height) is generated by my program based on original tree / treeline data. I reduced tree density a bit to gain performance.
