posting about recent activities (Patreon)

I'm going to make a short post about something that happened recently.

It's not much related to Patreon post activity. but my posts have been a bit of a delay in work lately, and I'd like to say a few things about that.

Ive been bit busy about like two week, because my father had two times of heart surgeries and now he is preparing to discharge because now hes okay for now. The surgery he had was to insert some assistive devices into his heart, and it was a serious operation that required him to recover in the intensive care unit for a while, so I'm not sure if his health was fully restored yet. So sooner or later I may leave for a few days to visit him.

the visiting will be only few days long, and it won't delay or affect my posting too much. I don't think there will be any unexpected happenings, but I thought I'd better post about it on Patreon just in case.

I want you guys to cut down on alcohol and tobacco(at least try to use them less!), and cut down on fatty foods. I'm a little scared that this happened to my parent, and I really want every one of you guys to be healthy.
