Although it is much needed, I am so sad over taking this break from Amphibia. I'm going to miss seeing the Plantars these next few weeks.

Woo! We're back with where's Ma......er, where's Haddie! That's actually exactly how I'd picture her in real life, so that was pretty funny. Not going to harp on the whole episode 11 vs episode 12 thing, but I was stoked that it ended up going down this way, because I really like this episode. I'd say Anne's story was probably the best, but the glass frog one was really wild too and I liked it a lot. I felt sorry for the poor thing, but um...that doesn't make it ok to use the skins of other frogs. I'm having Silence of the Lambs flashbacks now. Hop Pop's hair was so fabulous, though yes he did sort of look like Trump. But I'm still a bit curious why death had to go to such random ass lengths in order to get a wig. In other news, have you seen the trailer for the new season of Rick and Morty? What do you think about the voices?

The 🕸️Halloweeney🕸️ intro to this reaction gave it away that I was watching the wrong one lol, I mean if we were gonna get our episodes mixed up at any point, that was kinda the best episode for it to happen really😂 If it wasn’t for that and you putting a lil snippet after the credits too, I probably would’ve been sat there watching a different episode from you for at least a few minutes LOL! I just pictured you like DYING laughing while I’m watching some really sad moment on my screen and it got me so good🤣 Anyways I wonder if we’ll still be on the road in the next episode or we’re just gonna jump right back to Wartwood? As far as this episode goes I LOVED IT!!!🤩✨ I got crazy Gravity Falls vibes here and I’m not mad about it at alllll!!😁 The “Little Gift Shop of Horrors” episode from GF is one of my absolute favourites, I’ve revisited that one a bunch over the years because it’s SO good! Waddles becoming a talking genius, the handwitch!!🤣 Oh, and who can forget the amazing claymation story that used both styles of animation simultaneously🔥 This amphibia episode was waaay more spooky thoughhh!! Like both Hop Pop’s and Sprigs stories had me sat there, jaw agape at what I was witnessing😭😂 Anne’s story was amazingggg, I had the exact same reaction to seeing all our froggy friends as humans!!😍 Polly walking into frame with her little bucket stuck on her foot was GOLD!!😂 Your comment of “same honestly” when the creature was taking damage from the dislikes on the post got me so good🤣 I had to mention this too, Anne (or “Anna” I should say🤣) said “what’s the sitch?” when she answered her phone, and it’s so funny, I had literally never heard that phrase before in my life until just recently! My friend has been showing me his favourite Disney Channel shows recently that I totally missed when I was a kid because I didn’t have that channel til I was much older. So far we’ve watched Suite Life, Hannah Montana, and then I suggested we watch Kim Possible! It’s been on my radar for years because I thought the animation style looked really cute and so many of my friends over the years have said how much they used to love that one growing up! Safe to say I love it too, it’s really funny with so many sweet moments✨ but yeah anyway, “what’s the sitch?” is something Kim says ALL the time and I’ve since been joking about it to my friend because it was a totally new term to me! That was a really long winded way of me saying it was so funny to hear when Anne said it😂 like is that just more of an American thing or is it solely a KP thing? I completely agree with Anne, Hop Pop’s story WAS messed up! The first house they stopped at wasn’t SOO bad I guess, but then that bloodcurdling scream that came from the second house was so freakyy😭💀 I’m thinking, the fact that Bessie hasn’t changed one bit over all these years proves my headcanon that she’s immortal and nothing bad can ever happen to her!!!🌟 It’s the only way I can get some sleep at night honestly😂💕 Sprigs story went from ✨awww, so cuteeee✨ to 💀AHH WTF💀 way too quick lol. I really thought they were gonna try and make me feel bad for an amphibian just casually stealing frogs SKIN, AND WEARING IT for a sec there😭 All the Sprig and Ivy parts were so lovely though and put years on my life, THE cutest couple🌟 when Ivy dooped that skin stealer though I KNEW it was true love, they are fricking made for each other😂💕 That shot of the fam around the fire was so nice and cozyyy✨ and after last week’s episode, which I’m so sad I didn’t have time to comment on, I appreciated a little sit down round the fire with the whole family even more😭🔥 I too thought the gang was splitting up and I was nothing short of devastated😂🥲 Sprig that whole last episode too was just breaking my heartttt, his little moments of tearing up and giving Anne the biggest hugs were killing meee💔 This was a great episode to leave it at honestly, no big cliffhanger that’s gonna have me pulling my hair out for weeks, the gangs all together swapping stories😂🌟 Tbh I might just leave the show here now and never come back to it, before it’s starts getting too real, BECAUSE I KNOW ITS GONNA🤣

“Where’s Haddie!?” (Love that my phone auto- corrected this to “Where’s Maddie”… It knows!) Lol I can’t believe I messed that up. I’ve had lots of fudges with syncing and missing footage before, but I’ve never watched an episode out of order 🤣 First time for everything I guess. I’m glad it ended up working out with spooky season! I felt sorry for the glass frog too :( He was so sad under there! But yeah…. He really should not be using other frog skins. SO messed up- especially for a kids’ show lol! An excellent point… You would think Death could acquire hair pretty easily. Although I guess if Hop Pop was making up the story it makes sense that it was so convoluted haha I haven’t watched the trailer for R & M (I tend to avoid trailers for some reason, although I enjoyed the Invincible promo for season 2). But I HAVE heard their voices in a short analysis video I watched. I think Morty sounds spot on and Rick isn’t too far off but you can tell it’s different. This season is going to be so weird knowing that the VAs changed. Looking forward to watching episode 1 sometime this week though :D Can’t wait to talk to y’all about it!

Oh my gosh thank goodness for the intro being different because that would have been so confusing to watch otherwise 🤣 Imagining that did give me a good chuckle though 🤣 I checked what the next episode titles are and based off of them, I think we’ll have an A road episode and a B Wartwood episode. That would help this episode setting make a looot more sense hahaha I definitely felt a lot of Gravity Falls inspiration here! And OMG thank you for pulling the Claymation episode out of the recesses of my mind because I had completely forgotten about that 😭 god that show was amazing Okay this is such a good question that I had to look it up. I can’t find a definite answer (but I did come across an episode that is titled “A Sitch in Time” and that slaps). I watched a lot of KP growing up so knowing that you’re watching it for the first time with your friend is bringing me so much joy rn! I have heard that phrase a lot growing up, but only in the context of quoting Kim Possible. So I wouldn’t be surprised if that show coined it! Love that Disney was throwing it back to our girl KP through “Anna” :D I am taking this Immortal Bessie head canon and running with it 😂 Snails live forever, right? …..RIGHT!? 😭💖 Ugh Sprig and Ivy make me want to cry they’re so DARLING! Like this show is already cute and wholesome enough, adding their relationship is just sending me overboard :’) Your comment about wanting to pretend the Plantars stay by the fire exchanging stories for the rest of the show made me laugh out loud 😂 Something tells me part 2 of season 2 is gonna get real, too. Let’s cherish these good times while we have them 😭❤️
