RE: Does anyone else get genuinely scared during children's shows or is it just me? Pick the answer that makes you happiest. a. Everybody is, that's the REAL reason why everybody's been sequestered the last couple years. b. It's only those who are suffering from triskaidweebaphobia. c. It's just you.

It’s something you don’t notice right away. But it’s sort of like shows are acknowledging it, and are leaning into it more. Kind of like I know Al is gets scared easily, and I write more scary stuff. Or it’s C for me.

I would choose learning demon magic.

We toldja, be patient and the arc plots would trickle in.

The Owl Beast, one of my very favorite cartoon creatures.

I know I was a bit uneasy at a few moments in Gravity Falls, and it's happened now and then in other animation; this particular ominous creature wasn't so bad because you spoiled the reveal in the thumbnail -Lol. That one scene where they were hiding under the widow sill seemed like a direct homage to Frodo and friends hiding from the Ringwraiths behind the tree roots in "Fellowship", even down to throwing something and them darting off. Stucco is that course finish you see on the ceilings of some apartments that looks like someone dabbed toothpaste all over the whole thing. Out here in LA, a lot of houses have it on the outside finish, as well. I hope you're having a great week!

Did you notice they changed the intro? They changed Willows appearance.

I actually never really got scared by children's shows, I got shown the movie Alien when I was 3 or 4 years old, after getting over that it took a lot to scare me lol.

Oooh shoot sorry for the spoiler! I forget some of you are watching along with me for the first time!

And OOOOH stucco! I never knew there was a name for it. I learned something new today lol!

Omg I’m sure 🤣 I saw that movie for the first time when I was like 20 and it scarred me even then haha

"COURSE" is an understatement - a fight scene from "Raising Arizona" by the Coen Bros. perfectly exemplifies how much it hurts to drag your knuckles on that type of surface - happened to me once, OUCH >:<
