I have to think that since Rick could beat the GF gang and the gang beat Bill, then Rick should be able to beat him, as well. Of course, I believe that Rick would initially lose from not knowing what he was in for, but he has enough contingencies that he would claw his way back and destroy Bill in a series of unexpected attacks..

I've honestly been thinking about this for waaayyyyy too long haha. Bill and Rick both represent characters with the ability to do nearly anything. Nearly is the key word here. While he likes to pretend, Bill doesn't really know everything, in fact he relies on Stanford to provide the answers to escape the weirdness barrier. This seeming lack of complete understanding of the world around him is a key deficiency that would give Rick the edge, as Rick would have figured out that barrier in a relatively short amount of time (there are comparable feats in the show. For example, when toxic Rick discovers a new element in about 5~8 hours). While Bill has more raw power at his immediate disposal, Ricks ability to analyze and quickly innovate mean that this early fight advantage would disappear, and the longer the fight lasted, the greater Ricks advantage would become. Conclusion: It’s close. They are both quite powerful, and Bill stands a decent chance of victory if he catching Rick unawares/before he can discover Bill’s shortcomings and weaknesses. However, if this battle happened 10,000 times, I hypothesize that Rick Sanchez would win the majority of times. Thank you for putting this to the Dweebdom Alycia!! I am SO HAPPY to see everyone's responses to this very important question :D

Okay, this breakdown was LEGIT lol! After seeing a lot of people's comments, I think I've changed my answer to Rick as well. Can't argue with logic! And yeah of course! It was a great idea :D
