These were some pretty great episodes, I think I enjoyed jannanigans just a little bit more though! And yesss I’m so exhausted with those two like come onnn Marco you have no idea what he’s talking about???😂 I’m really intrigued to see where this loss of magic situation goes because honestly this show is pretty unpredictable when it comes to the overall story. Don’t get me wrong some character plots can get a little predictable but I can safely say I never saw season 4 going the way it has done, so I’m excited to see how this all wraps up! I found it hard to think of my question this week so I’m just gonna go for something random, what’s everyone’s favourite cuisine? Personally I don’t think you can go wrong with Mexican food at all, but I also really love Chinese food for totally different reasons! Im just gonna have two favourites😂 Can’t wait to hear yoursss✨✨✨

Just depends on the ending. I liked the Game of Thrones ending at first, but once I started to think about what they set up and didn’t use, I was sort of irked.

Finally got a chance to sit down and watch this with you and your reaction was like a nostalgic hit from my own. Seeing that breakup in Sad Teen Hotline was a bit rough, though I appreciated the little helicopter gag in the beginning to keep the comedy roots of this show. SvtFoE always does such a fantastic job of blending comedy and serious drama that it really is a credit to the writers of the series. But more to the points...Tom's words! Oh lordy, he hit the nail on the head there. I know we were all getting fatigued with the will/they won't they, and I laughed only an episode later when Marco basically was like "What? Me and Star? Who's Star?" But Tom couldn't have been more right when he told her that it wasn't about what she did or didn't do, but that they were headed for seriously different directions in their lives. The show didn't explicitly come out and say it, but I believe and I think Tom recognized during his time away that Star was on Earth to stay, at least for quite a while. She'd been obsessed wtih the place ever since originally getting sent there and when he found out (again the timelin is unclear but I'm assuming there was an awkward "hey, what's up?" text between them) that she had immediately gone back to Earth to live with Marco again he knew the writing was on the wall. It speaks well to the development of Tom's character that he was able to stay objective throughout the breakup. He recognized that there just wasn't any point in continuing to try to make things work when it was clear that she was in love with someone else. Its one of the many reasons Tom's probably the character who has the most growth (well maybe second to Star, but that's pretty much a toss-up in my mind.) Overall, a fantastic episode about relationships and knowing when to let go. Jannanigans I love for many of the same reasons you mentioned n your video. We get to see Janna have a more human side and show some vulnerability and I loved Tom's "hey, now that Star and I are done, if you wanna make a move...go for it" total best-bro move there. And of course, another cliffhanger as we find that deliberately mentioned well of magic. I was happy to see that little callback from the previous episode, just one of the many things this show does to keep its continuity pretty tight. A fantastic episode and I'm still dancing in my head because I'm sure the direction Starco's headed in is obvious at this point, but it still warms my filthy, Starco shipper heart. P.S. Needles is hilarious and I forgot he called Marco Blandman which got a serious chuckle out of me. Of course Janna would be involved with an underground Knitting counterfeit ring lol.

I agree about Tom, and I think it's great that he finally got a clue and did what was right by him ... and Star ... and Marco (and Janna, I hope). But it does mean that both Star and Marco never really got a clue on their own, and it had to be pointed out to them multiple times by Tom, Jackie, Tad, and I'd swear there was another scene like those, but I can't quite put my Amish pitchfork on it. I just hope when the inevitable happens it isn't because someone else had to clue them in again, that they finally realize it on their own somehow.
